2010 Alpha/Dominant Male Subliminal Training Set and other news

Friday, February 26th, 2010

The 2010 Alpha set, as we call it, has been in the works for more than 6 months of testing and refinement. It has produced positively beautiful results which I am very pleased with. The duplicating masters were burned today, and the MP3s were built yesterday. There is a little more we need to do to finish everything up, but the 2010 set will be released very shortly. I estimate less than 7 days.

New in the 2010 version:

* I have found a way to remove the “asshole” syndrome that some guys were experiencing between stages 2 and 4 of the 2008 and 2009 version. Now, the transition to dominant alpha is smoother and more refined, with virtually no “asshole” stage.
* I have determined how to make the program stages fit in just 60 minutes each, without losing the power and effectiveness of previous versions.
* Script updates and improvements mean the 2010 version will be even more powerful than the 2009 version. I am not sure it can be made more powerful than it is, but I will definitely try for the 2011 version!
* Some people reported that the effect seemed to peak at stage 3 and fade after that. I have identified the problem, and fixed it. Now the results remains steady all the way through.
* There are both an ultrasonic (silent) version and a masked (ocean surf) version.
* This year, I will be building a version designed for gay men, which simply removes all reference to women. That version is going to take a little longer to build, so it should be out in the next 10 to 14 days.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the 2010 release, and if you’ve been wanting to get a copy, now is the time. Remember that if you “upgrade” from the 2009 version, you get a 50% discount, and if you “upgrade” from the 2008 version, you get a 25% discount on the price of the 2010 version! Proof of purchase for the previous versions is required, however.

In other news, I have done a lot of research on some things, and I have concluded that certain programs we sell would seriously benefit from being made into 6 CD sets. These sets would allow me to produce much more powerful programs, as there would be more “room” for me to deal with things, and six stages would extend the usage time to make the titles effective for the more resistant people.

I’m very excited about this!

Tradebit accuses me of pirating my own stuff!

Saturday, February 20th, 2010

…and accuses me of pirating my own programs!

The other day I got paid by Tradebit, where I was selling a few of my files. I hadn’t been able to afford much time setting up a a lot of stuff there because things have been so hectic for so long, so I only had five or six titles up. In fact I was getting about one sale every few months. This last time I got paid for a sale, I decided to put it on my list that I would start adding titles there. But when I went to log in, I found that I could not.

When I asked their help for help, I got two e-mails in return: one stating the following:

————————————————–

Dear Catlord17,

we received several copyright violation notices from big publishers in the
last 2 days and have warned various of the merchants before:

We do not discuss the sales of pirated files on tradebit, we delete the
account and no money is paid out.

Buyers will be refunded and asked to delete the copyrighted file. Merchants
who had sales on copyrighted materials (especially the “for dummies” ebook
pirates and the forex software pirates) will not get paid and their emails
will be blocked from now on. We try to run a clean and easy business here the
affiliates and merchants can count on. If sellers try to trick that, it might
work – but not on the long run.

Neither Paypal, Google Checkout nor Clickbank or our other partners tolerate
copyright violations and we are now more people here and have more time to
control these publications and obey our partnership contracts.

There are top merchants here on tradebit who sell great files and tools. It is
just unfair to put their business in danger by letting some of the copyrighted
files slip through! Just stay away from copyrighted material and create your
own content – there are enough examples on tradebit, which show that one can
live from “private publications” like video tutorials or collections of free
stuff.

Please do not remove the ticket number from your subject line ([Ticket#...])
to get optimal support.

Now I can certainly understand their concern for copyright violation, but this was also the exact same letter I got after stating that I own the copyright and pointing them to my two web stores. Apparently, they simply do not care to look twice. So I applaud them for looking after my copyrights, but it angers me no end that they are essentially accusing me of piracy, and with my own stuff!

That ended my interest in working with them. I will henceforth boycott Tradebit, and I advise all people – both buyers and sellers – to do the same, until they get their act together and stop being so damned lazy about copyright ownership. Tradebit, if you’re reading this, you’re going to have to be willing to think beyond a knee jerk reaction to succeed. And here I thought you guys were a good thing when I found you. So much for “intelligent file hosting and sales”.

Stop & Reverse Hair Loss!

Friday, February 12th, 2010

Just thought I’d fill you in on a little of what’s going on with this.

Since cancer treatment in 1997, I have had my hair become much finer and it started on the male pattern balding path. It was slight at first, but the other day I had someone snap a pic of the top of my head and I concluded that it was time to stop pretending that I wasn’t losing hair and use my own program.

So I added the Stop & Reverse Hair Loss program to my playlist. Now keep in mind, part of the reason I didn’t do this before was quite simply hat I have a lot of programs that I must test, and I also do experiments all the time, so using subliminals for personal benefit isn’t always something I can fit into the mix.

I started using the Stop & Reverse Hair Loss sub 2 days ago, and this is about as far as I got with it a couple years back. Both times, by three days in, my scalp felt different. Let me see if I can describe this sensation. It isn’t unpleasant; it’s sort of a cross between a feeling of tightness and a painless sensation of slight sunburn. Very odd… almost indescribable. But I feel it very obviously, and very definitely. And I felt it after three days last time, too. So I know something is happening.

I can’t guarantee this will be your experience, but it’s mine. More later, as I must take off and attend to my responsibilities right now.

Update: 02-14-2010

For the last couple days, my scalp has been feeling different. There’s this “I have a slight sunburn” sensation, which doesn’t hurt, but is noticeable as different. Kind of like a tightness to the skin, and an “almost” heat. My scalp is also itching a lot more since I started using the program, which is interesting, since I take a shower every day. It’s definitely not a lack of hygiene. I am really looking forward to seeing what this does for myself! There is definitely *something* going on.

Update: 02-25-2010

I have been using the hair regrowth program as part of the group of subliminals I am using at the moment. Partly, this is to test what the maximum limits of what can be used all at once, and partly it is because I am having a hard time narrowing it down below these programs. Currently, I am trying to use eight programs at once. Significantly more than the 3 to 5 maximum I have recommended previously.

Not surprisingly, the feelings and results I was getting from the first few days faded almost to imperceptible levels when I added the program to a mix of this many at once. After all, I am effectively breaking several rules: for one, don’t use too many programs at once; for two, don’t use multiple manifestation programs at once; for three, don’t mix manifestation programs with programs designed to cause physical responses. The result seems to be that – not surprisingly – each goal is getting too little energy to really be getting very far.

Now the question is, what do I stop using? Too many tests at once is not working well. Interestingly enough, I discovered this morning that somehow the program I use to play my subliminals wasn’t even running this morning when I got up. Not sure how that happened… but the interesting part is that this morning, I feel that semi-sunburn-y feeling again. Maybe that’s my body doing what I asked without being distracted?

In any case, I’ll keep going. Probably going to have to drop a couple of these, but gonna probably keep using all eight for at least another month and see what happens.

Price Change

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

Just a heads up. The price of Level 2 Custom subliminals is increasing from $299.95 to $400.00 effective immediately. This is an increase of $100.05, and is being enacted to defray the costs that taking so much time to build a single subliminal incur. (It usually takes a week or two to build a custom.)

So, in order to keep this service available, instead of having to stop offering it as I originally thought would be the case, I have increased the price. Given the amount of work that goes into each of these programs, this is still a fair price, as anyone who has ordered one will surely agree.

Technical Difficulties

Thursday, February 4th, 2010

We appear to be experiencing some technical difficulties with the subliminal-shop.com website at the moment, and this seems to have been going on all day. So for the time being, consider getting a CD of the title you desire instead at ultrasonic-subliminals.com. We are working on it, but I’m not sure when it’ll be fixed. My apologies for any inconvenience.

How could I have missed that?

Monday, February 1st, 2010

The other day I was glancing around the CD store pondering what I could do to improve it, and an idea hit me that made me feel rather foolish. Why hadn’t I seen it before? Of course. How silly of me. My customers need a way to be able to order multiple programs at once without having to do it over and over… “And while I’m at it,” I thought, “a volume discount might help.”

So I added the Special Deals page.

On the Special Deals page, you can order two, three, five, ten, fifteen or even twenty different titles at a time, and as you might expect, the more you order, the more you save. You’ll have to specify in the notes during the paypal ordering process which titles you are ordering, of course; but now you can order as many as you want at once, and even save money doing it! And, as always, shipping & handling are still 100% free.

And, if you happen to see a title you like, and you want to order it in bulk, you can order a single title in bulk quantities of between 25 and 100,000 copies at a time now. Please, however, do order a sample copy first to verify that you are satisfied with the product, printing and packaging before making a bulk order, because we cannot refund or accept returns for bulk orders.

Oh, and of course, the more you order, the bigger the discount. As much as 83% off! (Might I suggest you Fortune 1,000 companies consider some motivational/productivity-enhancing gifts for your employees? Just a thought.)

Enjoy!

Happy New Year!

Monday, January 11th, 2010

With the new year upon us, I would like to thank all of you who made my New Year’s a busy one with your orders for New Year’s resolutions.

The latest news is that we have updated the CD store again. There is a new section, Gay/Lesbian interests, which has two new subliminals in it (Become Irresistibly Attractive To Handsome Gay Men, and Become Irresistibly Attractive To Beautiful Lesbian Women). Something I frequently do with my programs aimed at one specific gender is to make the program only have an effect if the listener is of the appropriate gender; in this case, these programs will only work if the listener is of the approriate sexual orientation. Sorry, guys: only lesbians can use the one to become irresistibly attractive to lesbians. ;)

We also have a couple new titles in the Sex category: Attract Your Perfect Large Breasted Female Lover, and Attract Your Perfect Naturally Redheaded Lover. These are both customer requested titles. The first one specified female lovers to be safe, although it will work for users of either gender. The second one, of course, is for those of you who just can’t ignore those gorgeous natural redheads out there, and want one of your own. :)

I have also cleaned up the Index a bit, so it should be more accurate now.

We are working to catch up on work as quickly as we can, but things behind the scenes have been a bit difficult lately, and include things we can’t control. So please bear with us, we are going as quickly as we can, and dealing with some shipping troubles as well.

Off to ship more orders. Keep ‘em coming!

Back by popular demand!

In the last 30 days, I have gotten so many requests for CDs that I have re-organized and re-opened the CD store. Enjoy!

The Latest News

Sunday, August 2nd, 2009

The download store – http://www.subliminal-shop.com – is currently undergoing renovations that do not allow me to make updates. The process is going to be invisible to the customer and browser, but the back end is being modified, and as I am not the one doing these modifications, I will be refraining from any changes until the modifications are complete. This modification was started when I was in the middle of adding scripts to the subliminal program description pages… so please don’t think I have given up, stopped, or have no concern how the store looks. I am simply unable to make any changes without complicating matters for Andrew, when they are already more complicated than we would like.

I have added a direct link to the CD order page on the first page of the CD store, located at http://www.ultrasonic-subliminals.com. I did this because over time, our CD manufacturer periodically deletes titles that have not sold a copy in the last 6 months, and it is beginning to affect orders for what is left. I am simply going to mark all the listed products displayed on the Ultrasonic Subliminals CD store as “Out Of Stock” to prevent problems from this, and whatever is left currently, you’ll be able to order through the direct link on the front page of the website.

We do have plans to return to building CDs, but for the time being, building out the catalog as downloadables is top priority.

Speaking of building out the catalog, I have begun building a set of subliminals designed for women, dealing with pregnancy. One is designed to help a woman become pregnant, and one is designed to help maximize the health of both herself and her baby during the pregnancy. There will be at least one more in the series, designed to help achieve an easy, stress-free birth, and possibly one for helping the new mother balace out again and recover afterwards.

I am also still working on building the Subliminal Audio Arousal Toolkit Version 3.0, but this is a slower process than I would like for a few reasons, so please bear with me.

We have recently released a new subliminal title that has just finished testing: I believe it is to be called something along the lines of “Ultimate Body Building”. This will be the first subliminal in the series that is not 100% of my creation. Andrew is a body builder; he wanted something to help him maximize his gains, but do so safely. So he asked for a subliminal to do that. I, however, am more of a computer geek than a body builder, so I told him I don’t know anything about body building, and suggested that he write up a basic script that I could add to and optimize. The result of our collaboration is a subliminal script that, I suspect, has somewhat startled and surprised us both in just how powerful it became. We went through it several times adding, optimizing and looking for errors until there was simply nothing left to do… and then I built it.

Actually, I built it twice, because Andrew found a place in the script where an alternate word would produce better results just after I built it. So I re-built it.

Then, Andrew insisted on testing it on himself and some of his friends before releasing it. He’s a lot like me, and he did not want to release anything with his name on it that wasn’t 100% perfect. I can respect that, so I told him I’d be waiting.

Now I knew what was going to happen, because you don’t have a project being collaborated on by two perfectionists that gets released when it is not perfect. So off he went to test. I also know that after passing my optimizations and his, it would have been a hit right out of the gate. But testing never hurt anyone.

Well the feedback we got from him and his friends was very impressive and quite expected. It works. He was amazed at the sudden ability for him to power through weak spots in his lifting program, and recently told me that he is lifting as much weight as guys three times his size in musculature, and yet he is still gaining bulk!

So look for it in the Sports section of the store, if body building is your thing.

As always, thanks for reading, and thanks for being a customer!

I’ve been busy! (And some answers for the curious.)

Thursday, December 4th, 2008

Okay, so you may have noticed it’s been a bit since I posted. That’s because I have been busy. We had our main computer start going down, and I was able to diagnose it as a failing hard disk before it failed. The main computer is the one I do all the production work on, so it’s rather important. I immediately ordered a replacement drive for it, and when it arrived, I simply tried to restore from a current backup.

Oh, but that would have been too easy, wouldn’t it? Sigh.

The main system is a Windows Vista and PCLinuxOS dual boot system. My backup software is supposed to back up and restore both at once, but there was a glitch. The restore program was unable to create a Windows partition big enough to hold the backed up data. Instead of 40 gigabytes, it ended up being 8 megabytes. Slight difference there.

So I was forced to call up Lenovo, who does our systems, and they sent me a set of restore disks. Shame they hadn’t come with the computer in the first place!

While I waited for them to arrive, I restored the linux portion of the disk. Then I started trying to make a more recent backup, and somehow the backup software – which had been rock solid reliable up to that point – failed. Naturally, it failed after the first disk of the backup disk set was overwritten. The first of nine DVDs in the set. I could not get the backup program to function after that, for some reason.

Then the restore disks arrived, and Windows Vista quite happily overwrote my entire disk (including the linux part) while “setting itself up”. This required that I resize the “C” partition, which naturally made it unbootable. Would this never end?!

After four hours of Vista’s automated repair efforts, it was bootable again. I went back to creating a backup of the linux disk from the failing drive. The only way I could get it to work was to use no compression at all. 8 hours and 11 DVD images later, I had a current backup set.

From there it took another 4 hours to burn those 11 DVD images to disk, and another 4 hours to restore them. Finally, I had my new hard disk up and running.

All this while I was hit by one of the worst colds I have had in five years. (Thanks, Sonni!)

All told, this operational transfer, which should have taken 4 to 6 hours, took nearly 14 days.

Now that I’m back, I have been working hard to get everything back online. It’s a task because I am still sick.

Speaking of work, some of you have asked why you don’t see the downloadable version of the program you are interested in. Well, in answer, there are a few reasons.

First, I haven’t finished making the downloadable version from the CDs yet.
Second, I’m having a bit of a problem with the place I am using as a download host. There’s a backlog of programs that would be downloadable, otherwise.

If you see anything you like, but you can’t find the downloadable version, all you need to do is tell me what you want. I will get it to you (and build it if need be), and we can do it a slightly different way. Instead of providing you a download link in my store, I can (until the download host problem is fixed) send you a download link in your e-mail. All you need to do is tell me what you want as a download.

As soon as I can, I’ll make the downloadable versions available for each program.

For those of you who have been patiently awaiting your order, thank you for your patience. I will have all orders out asap, if they’re not already in the mail.
